Expo 2026 Call For Presenters

We are seeking experienced professionals, industry experts, vendors, and peer leaders to present practical, engaging sessions for landscape professionals. Presentations should provide real-world knowledge, hands-on learning, and useful ideas attendees can apply in the field or within their businesses.

Topics of interest include safety, jobsite efficiency, blueprint reading, production rates, crew leadership, irrigation troubleshooting, client relations, sales, estimating, pricing, contracts, artificial intelligence, legislative updates, and executive leadership.

Sessions may be presented as workshops, demonstrations, panels, roundtables, or interactive discussions.

Valve Autopsy Lab - Participants will take valves apart, see why they fail, and learn basic troubleshooting. This fully hands-on session is designed to help attendees recognize common problems and understand how to fix them.

Making Production Rates in Construction - This session explains how to establish realistic production rates based on actual crew performance. Participants will work through examples, identify where jobs go off track, and learn how to price and manage work to protect profitability.
Crew Leadership in the Field – Efficient Job Sequencing - A panel of people who manage field work will discuss how they sequence jobs, keep crews moving, and lead effectively. Attendees will hear what works, what does not, and why, with honest insight grounded in day-to-day experience.

2 Wire -This session breaks down 2-wire systems in a practical, approachable way. Attendees will work through real setups and common field issues so they can install, service, and troubleshoot these systems more confidently.
Wire Tracking and Finding Faults - Using real tools and problems, this class teaches a step-by-step system for tracking wires and locating faults. Attendees will learn how to diagnose issues more efficiently and reduce time spent on service calls.
Rebuilding Backflows - This hands-on session shows participants how to disassemble backflows, identify worn components, rebuild them, and return them to service. Attendees will gain practical skills that can save time and money in the field.
Client Services Track

Writing Estimates - This class covers how to prepare clear estimates that clients understand and crews can execute. Using real examples, attendees will learn what separates effective estimates from weak ones and how strong estimates help win work and prevent problems.
